Job Description


Duties & Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth in the recycled plastics market. Analyse market trends, identify potential customers and explore new sales opportunities.
  • Develop sales forecasts, track sales activities, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to determine competitive pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers. Ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including plastic manufacturers, packaging companies, and other potential buyers. Understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development with a focus on polymers.
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, polymer science, or a related field.
  • Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
