Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Sales & Marketing Professional specializing in recycled polymer granule manufacturing. The professional will manage sales operations, develop and implement marketing strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and identify growth opportunities in the recycled polymers market. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales training, negotiating contracts, and driving customer satisfaction and market penetration.

Qualifications

Expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and understanding of recycled polymer manufacturing is essential Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships Proficiency in Training and mentoring sales teams Ability to develop and execute effective marketing and business development plans Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields Experience in the recycling or manufacturing sector is a plus Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate a strategic approach to customer needs
