Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize polymer processing operations (extrusion/injection molding/compounding).
Develop and implement processing parameters for new and existing products.
Troubleshoot material or process-related issues to ensure consistent quality.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams for new material trials and scale-ups.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
B.Tech / M.Tech in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in polymer processing or manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of process control, testing methods, and polymer characterization.
