We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Poly-house Setup Supervisor to join our team here in CITY GREENS (Bangalore). The ideal candidate will have 45 years of hands-on experience in poly-house setup and supervision. This is a travel-intensive role requiring frequent relocation to project sites across India. The candidate must be enthusiastic about travel, capable of managing on-ground execution, and skilled in team coordination and problem-solving during installations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise end-to-end poly-house installation at client locations.
Ensure all setup activities adhere to company specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with vendors, labor, and engineering teams during installation.
Manage on-site inventory, tools, and materials efficiently.
Provide daily updates and reports to the project manager or head office.
Troubleshoot and resolve site-level challenges during the setup.
Ensure safety and compliance protocols are followed throughout the installation process.
Travel extensively across India based on project requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
13 years of proven experience in poly-house setup or as a poly-house setup supervisor.
