Key Responsibilities

End-to-end design and development of full-stack applications with React 18 frontends. Architect scalable, robust backend systems--Node.js, Java, Python, or similar. Integrate and deploy AI/ML models and workflows to build advanced intelligent features. Drive test automation and CI/CD, ensuring fast and reliable software delivery. Apply polyglot programming--adapt seamlessly to the best technology stack for any challenge. Lead architecture reviews, solve complex problems, and drive innovation via rapid prototyping and POC development. Collaborate in a startup-paced, high-impact tech ecosystem where ideas, partnerships, and execution matter. Engage regularly in "Vibe Coding" sessions--pair programming and hackathons for collaborative problem-solving.

Must-Have Skills

8-11 years of hands-on experience in front-end, back-end, and automation roles. Advanced knowledge of React 18 (Hooks, Context, Suspense, Server Components). Backend API and framework experience (Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Python Flask/FastAPI, Go). Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs). Cloud and containerization proficiency (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes). Strong automation skills--test frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, Jest). CI/CD pipeline expertise (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI). Demonstrated ownership of complete project life cycles. Excellent analytical skills: data structures, algorithms, and system design.
