Job Title: Political Video Editor
Location: Bangalore



About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor with strong expertise in political content creation. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of professional editing experience, fluency in Marathi and other regional languages, and the ability to create compelling video content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:Edit political campaign videos, speeches, interviews, and promotional content with high creativity and accuracy. Work closely with the political communication and design teams to deliver impactful storytelling. Manage end-to-end post-production including cutting, sequencing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects. Adapt content for multiple platforms (YouTube, social media, TV, reels, etc.). Ensure culturally relevant and language-appropriate edits for Marathi and other regional languages. Maintain quick turnaround times while handling multiple projects simultaneously. Stay updated with the latest editing tools, trends, and political campaign strategies.


Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of professional video editing experience*.
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent. Strong understanding of political campaign communication and audience psychology.


Fluency in Marathi (must) and knowledge of other Indian languages (preferred). Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.


Preferred Skills:Knowledge of political branding, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. Experience in handling multilingual projects. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
