Position Overview:

Social Rajneeti is seeking a talented and creative

Video Editor

to join our on-site team for a prestigious political client in Pune. This is a

salaried, full-time position

, ideal for someone who can craft engaging and high-impact video content tailored for political communication. Occasionally, the editor may also be required to work on

corporate video content

.

Note:

The candidate must be

open to on-site movement

and should be available to work from the client's location as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce videos for political campaigns, optimized for platforms like

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and YouTube

. Work closely with content strategists, designers, and campaign teams to ensure messaging consistency and creative impact. Use professional software such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro

, and

CapCut

(added advantage) for editing. Adapt videos to meet specific platform requirements (aspect ratios, video lengths, subtitles, etc.). Add

motion graphics, transitions, background scores, and effects

as needed. Maintain consistency in visual style and tone as per the client's brand guidelines. Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with a focus on quality and speed. Be available for

urgent edits

, revisions, and

last-minute requirements

typical of political campaigns. Occasionally work on

corporate video content

as part of the overall content pipeline. Attend on-site shoots or collaborate with the production team as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years of full-time experience

in video editing, ideally in political, corporate, media, or advertising domains. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

Final Cut Pro

, and

CapCut

(preferred). Solid understanding of

social media video formats, trends

, and political content storytelling. Experience with

motion graphics, animation, and visual effects

is a plus. Strong time management, ability to handle multiple tasks, and responsiveness to feedback. Basic understanding of political campaign dynamics is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Days & Schedule:

Monday to Saturday (Full-Time On-Site Role)

As this is a
