Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct constituency-level research, including demographic, historical voting, and sentiment analysis.

? Track political trends, media narratives, and opposition strategies to provide actionable insights.

? Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefs for campaign strategy meetings.

? Develop and execute campaign plans aligned with the candidate's vision and objectives.

? Coordinate field teams, survey execution, and on-ground data collection.

? Monitor social media and digital narratives, providing daily briefs and suggestions.

? Liaise with senior political stakeholders and campaign managers to ensure alignment and timely execution.

? Analyse survey data and prepare clear, concise dashboards for decision-making.

? Draft speeches, social media talking points, and messaging aligned with the candidate's image.

? Independently manage campaign operations, from strategy to on-ground execution.

Required Qualifications:

? 3-5 years of experience in political research, campaign management, or related consulting roles.

? Bachelor's/Master's in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, or related fields.

? Strong understanding of India's electoral system and political landscape.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi).

? Ability to work independently and lead campaign teams with minimal supervision.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis, and presentation tools.

? Comfortable with extensive travel and fieldwork during election seasons.

? Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

? Prior experience managing political campaigns is highly desirable.
