About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Political Strategist to lead the development and execution of high-impact political campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess deep insights into political landscapes, media narratives, and voter behavior, with the ability to shape public opinion and influence electoral outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:



Digital Campaign Management:


Plan, execute, and optimize digital strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).

Content Ideation & Oversight:


Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce impactful posts, reels, shorts, infographics, and messages aligned with the politician's vision and tone.

Social Media Calendar:


Develop and maintain a day-to-day content calendar that integrates political events, festivals, issues, press conferences, and local developments.

Audience Engagement:


Build and execute strategies to engage grassroots supporters, first-time voters, influencers, and the youth across digital platforms.

Analytics & Monitoring:


Monitor page insights, user behavior, and campaign performance. Suggest improvements based on real-time analytics.

Crisis Response & Reputation Management:


Track online sentiment, manage digital controversies, and run quick-response counter-campaigns to control narratives.

Paid Ad Campaigns:


Plan and manage targeted ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) to maximize reach and influence across voter segments.

Influencer & Meme Network Management:


Build and collaborate with meme pages, digital influencers, and regional content creators for organic reach and mass appeal.

Digital Listening & Trendspotting:


Stay ahead of political trends, opposition narratives, and public discourse to inform messaging and tactics.

Requirements:



2+ years of experience in digital marketing, political campaigns, or online reputation management. Strong command of current social media trends, especially in political and regional contexts. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages). Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Zoho Social. Ability to work flexible hours, especially during elections, rallies, or crises.

Preferred Background:



Bachelor's or Master's in Digital Marketing, Political Science, Media Studies, or a related field. Experience working with political leaders, political consultancies, or digital war rooms.
