About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Political Social Media Executive to manage digital communication, content creation, and online engagement for political leaders/campaigns. The ideal candidate should be updated with political trends, skilled in creating compelling social media content, and able to manage the digital reputation of the political brand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute political social media strategies aligned with campaign objectives. Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics) for multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube, and WhatsApp. Monitor political trends, public sentiment, and news updates to create timely and relevant content. Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community management across platforms. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and field teams for real-time updates. Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Manage online reputation, address negative comments, and respond strategically. Support offline political events with live coverage and content capturing. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement. Stay updated with political landscape, voter sentiments, and emerging digital trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mass communication, Marketing, Political Science, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in social media management (political experience preferred). Strong understanding of Indian political environment and voter behaviour. Excellent writing and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, X analytics, etc.). Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and crisis communications. Creative mindset with strong knowledge of reels, trending content, and storytelling. Willingness to travel for field coverage and events when required.
