Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research on a wide range of political topics, including but not limited to political trends, electoral dynamics, policy developments, legislative issues, and socio-economic indicators


Prepare concise and well-structured briefing notes, research and analytical reports, and presentations for internal use and client presentations


Analyze primary and secondary data (e.g., survey data, election results, socio-economic statistics, government reports, news media, etc.) to derive actionable insights, trends and patterns relevant to client objectives.


Develop and maintain databases of political information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.


Monitor current events and political developments to provide timely updates and analysis.


Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams to contribute to broader strategic initiatives.


Present research findings and analysis to internal teams and, at times, to clients.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, or a related Social Science field.


A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in political research, policy analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a political consultancy firm, research organization, government, or political campaign.


Demonstrated proficiency in conducting rigorous research using a variety of methodologies.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present findings clearly and persuasively.


Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is essential, including the ability to create detailed spreadsheets, analyze data, and develop professional presentations.


Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insightful conclusions.


Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
