About Indian School Of Democracy

Indian School of Democracy is a non-partisan organization that conducts programs for aspiring, grassroots political leaders. We want to nurture principled leaders, with moral courage and imagination, to achieve Sarvodaya.

The focus of our programs is on cultivating -
1. Hard skills for public service
2. Inner transformation
3. Community of public leaders

We currently have 4 programs - The Good Politician, She Represents, Democracy Express, and Sarvodaya Champion.

About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reaching out to political parties and leaders
2. Initiating partnerships with organizations working in similar space
3. Curating potential applicants for ISD\'s programs
4. Communicating with potential applicants of the programs
5. Curating networking opportunities
6. Supporting in conducting virtual/In person trainings and workshops across India.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 10th Mar\'23 and 14th Apr\'23

3. are available for duration of 2 months

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 2000 per performance).
