Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute social media strategies for political campaigns, public communication, and constituency engagement.
Create daily content calendars aligned with political events, issues, and campaign goals.
Conceptualize and produce reels, speeches, graphics, quotes, and short videos.
Social Media Management
Manage all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, WhatsApp channels, etc.).
Draft compelling captions, statements, and messages with political relevance.
Monitor trends, news, and public discussions to respond quickly and accurately.
Brand Building & Digital Campaigns
Build the digital image of the political leader and strengthen online presence.
Run issue-based campaigns, policy awareness posts, and voter engagement activities.
Coordinate live sessions, press briefings, event coverage, and on-ground political activities.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment analysis).
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and improvement plans.
Monitor online reputation and manage sentiment during sensitive political situations.
Team Coordination
Work closely with designers, video editors, content writers, and field teams.
Coordinate with the political leader's office for approvals and message clarity.
Ensure consistent, accurate, and respectful representation of political messaging.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of political communication, public sentiment, and digital narrative building.
Excellent command of social media trends, political language, and online campaign execution.
Skilled in content writing, speech drafting, and communication strategy.

Eligibility & Preferences
2-6 years of experience in political campaigns, digital media, PR, or social media management.
Degree in Political Science, Journalism, Communications, or related fields preferred.
Ability to work extended hours during campaigns, events, or election periods.

Must be comfortable working from office + field coordination when required.
