Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for political campaigns, including social media creatives, posters, banners, infographics, and print materials.
Work closely with the content, strategy, and video teams to create visuals that align with campaign objectives and messaging.
Develop branding elements, logos, and visual identities for political leaders and parties.
Adapt designs for different formats and platforms such as social media (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube), print, and outdoor media.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
Stay updated with political trends, design trends, and audience preferences to produce fresh and impactful creatives.
Manage and organize design assets for easy access and future use
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in political campaigns, media agencies, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and attention to detail with a strong sense of political messaging.
Knowledge of current affairs, social media trends, and political branding is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience creating visuals for political campaigns, elections, or advocacy projects is a strong plus.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
