Job Title:Political Graphic Designer Location:Bangalore (On-site)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Political Graphic Designer with expertise in CorelDRAW (CRD) and other design tools, who can create engaging, impactful, and visually appealing content for political campaigns. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Marathi and preferably other Indian regional languages, with a keen understanding of political messaging and campaign design.

Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and design political creatives, posters, banners, pamphlets, and social media graphics. Work closely with campaign teams to translate political strategies into compelling visual communication. Ensure designs are aligned with the party's vision, brand identity, and regional audience.

Handle multilingual design work, with primary focus on Marathiand additional Indian languages. Create print-ready and digital-ready designs using CorelDRAW and related software. Manage multiple design requests within tight timelines.



Requirements:

Proficiency in CorelDRAW (CRD), Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing political/social campaign designs preferred.


Fluency in Marathi (must) and knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage. Understanding of political branding, campaign messaging, and regional cultural context.


Ability to work on-site from our Bangalore office. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Qualifications:4+ years of experience in graphic design (political or social campaign experience is a Must). Strong communication and team collaboration skills. * Flexibility to adapt to campaign needs and urgent assignments
