Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Marathi Political Content Writer (Lead) who can create impactful, persuasive, and audience-centric political content. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Marathi language, excellent storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of Maharashtra's political landscape, voter psychology, and digital communication trends.

Key Responsibilities:-Lead the Marathi content team and oversee end-to-end content creation. Write political speeches, social media posts, scripts, jingles, slogans, and campaign messaging. Create long-form and short-form content for political campaigns, rallies, videos, and digital media. Coordinate closely with the strategy and creative team to develop narrative-driven content. Ensure content tone aligns with candidate's persona, party ideology, and voter sentiment. Conduct research on political issues, competitors, public opinions, and trending news. Maintain consistency, accuracy, and originality across all communication. Manage deadlines during high-pressure campaign periods.


Required Skills & Qualifications:-Native-level proficiency in Marathi writing and communication. Prior experience in political content writing is mandatory. Strong understanding of Maharashtra politics, culture, and regional nuances. Ability to write persuasive, punchy, and emotional campaign content. Creative storytelling with the ability to simplify complex political topics. Experience working with digital campaigns, social media, and political strategy teams. Leadership skills to manage writers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.


Good to Have:-Experience in election campaigns or political consulting firms. Ability to ideate scripts for reels, videos, and influencer collaborations. * Understanding of analytics, audience targeting, and voter behavior.
