The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring the successful delivery of social media campaigns, strategic guidance, and overall client satisfaction. This role demands excellent communication, project management, and hands-on social media marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with clients to develop and execute social media strategies that align with their business and political objectives.
Social Media Management:
Oversee social media accounts, including content planning, post scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (designers, content writers, strategists) to deliver high-quality social media campaigns on time and within budget.
Performance Reporting:
Analyse the performance of social media campaigns using metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and prepare detailed reports for clients.
Problem Solving:
Address any concerns or challenges clients face and provide timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
Content Oversight:
Review content to ensure it aligns with client branding, tone, and campaign goals.
Research:
Stay informed about Political trends, social media platform updates, and competitor strategies to provide innovative ideas and approaches for clients.
Client Presentations:
Prepare and deliver campaign performance updates, future strategies, and new campaign ideas during client meetings.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management and social media marketing in political field
Proven experience managing social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide insights.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Previous experience in political or government-related account management is an advantage.
Client-facing experience in Political campaign management is must
