Perform polishing, buffing, and finishing operations on metal/components.
Use polishing machines, grinders, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Remove scratches, dents, rust, or surface defects.
Achieve required surface finish as per drawing or customer requirement.
Inspect finished products for quality, shine, and uniformity.
Maintain polishing tools, wheels, and compounds.
Follow safety rules and use PPE during operations.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Skills & Requirements:
Experience in metal polishing (SS, MS, aluminum, brass, etc.).
Knowledge of polishing compounds and abrasives.
Ability to operate polishing and buffing machines.
Attention to detail and quality standards.
Physically fit to handle continuous polishing work.
