We are looking for an experienced

Polish Supervisor

to join our furniture manufacturing team. The role requires expertise in handling

Ash wood and Teak furniture polishing

while ensuring production quality and meeting daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the polishing section and manage a team of workers. Ensure daily production targets are achieved with consistent quality. Plan and maintain workflow systems for smooth operations. Responsible for meeting dispatch deadlines and committed delivery dates. Maintain and organize polish colour samples, mixing records, and data. Ensure high-quality finishing standards for all furniture pieces. Build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff and workers.

Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing (Polish section). Strong knowledge of Ash wood and Teak furniture polishing. Ability to manage workers and meet production timelines. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
