Job Summary

:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Polish Language Trainer

to join our language training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Polish, preparing students for international language certifications, and ensuring effective learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

:

Deliver structured lessons in Polish language (A1 to B2 levels) to individuals or groups. Prepare students for international exams such as

CELI, TELC, or custom Polish Proficiency Assessments

. Design and implement customized lesson plans and teaching materials. Conduct interactive sessions focusing on speaking, reading, listening, and writing. Assess student progress and provide regular feedback and guidance. Manage both online and offline classes as per the institute's schedule. Maintain student attendance records and performance tracking. Support curriculum development and contribute to the enhancement of training methods. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and linguistic resources.

Requirements

:

Proficiency in Polish language (minimum B2/C1 level). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polish language or equivalent. Teaching experience in foreign languages, preferably Polish. Certification in language teaching (DAFL, TEFL, or similar) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use digital platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS) for online training. Passion for teaching and helping students achieve language fluency.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Prior experience training Indian or international students. Familiarity with European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Knowledge of Polish culture, history, and customs for better language context delivery.
