Time:9AM-6PM Day shift( Monday - Saturday) 6PM-3AM Night Shift ( Monday-Saturday)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Policy Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various policies while ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret insurance, financial, or operational policies. Process policy-related documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with internal departments and clients to clarify and resolve policy-related queries. Ensure policies are in compliance with internal and external guidelines. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems. Participate in audits and reviews related to policy processes. Continuously improve processing standards and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Working knowledge of Finance and BPO industry practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to handle and interpret complex data and policy information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a BPO or Finance-related role. Familiarity with policy management systems and tools.
