Podcast Editor
to join our on-site team. The role involves editing, enhancing, and delivering high-quality podcast episodes aligned with our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw podcast recordings into polished, engaging episodes
Remove noise, filler words, pauses, and audio inconsistencies
Enhance audio quality using EQ, compression, and leveling techniques
Add intro/outro music, sound effects, and ads as required
Ensure consistent sound quality and brand tone across episodes
Coordinate with internal teams for edits and approvals
Meet production deadlines and manage multiple episodes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in podcast or audio editing
Proficiency in tools like
Adobe Audition, Audacity, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, or GarageBand
Strong understanding of audio editing and sound balancing
Attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
Basic video podcast editing knowledge
Familiarity with podcast platforms and publishing workflows
