Key Responsibilities
Edit long-form podcast videos (30-60 mins) for YouTube.
Create short-form clips (Reels/Shorts) from podcast episodes.
Sync audio and video perfectly.
Enhance audio quality (noise reduction, leveling, EQ).
Add captions, jump-cuts, overlays, and B-roll where needed.
Design clean and engaging visual layouts for multi-cam podcast setups.
Work closely with the content and production team to maintain brand style.
Required Skills
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and social media format requirements.
Experience with audio editing tools (Audition, Fairlight, etc.).
Ability to work with multi-camera footage.
Basic motion graphics & captions knowledge is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Knowledge of colour grading.
Prior experience editing interview or podcast content.
Thumbnail designing skills.
