Role Overview

Riveria Global Marketing 360 LLP is looking for a Podcast Video Editor who can turn raw podcast recordings into engaging, polished video and audio content.

You will work closely with our content, marketing and design teams to edit long form podcast episodes into final episodes and short clips for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms. Your role is to ensure every episode looks clean, sounds clear and matches the brand style.

Key Responsibilities

Edit long form podcast video and audio files into final episodes Cut highlights and short clips for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.) Sync audio and video, remove mistakes, pauses, background noise and filler words Add intro, outro, lower thirds, subtitles and basic motion graphics where required Color correct and enhance overall video quality Balance and enhance audio levels for clear and crisp sound Add music and sound effects where needed, respecting copyright guidelines Manage project files, backups and version control in an organised way Collaborate with the content and marketing teams on formats, hooks and thumbnails Deliver videos as per the content calendar and deadlines

Requirements

2 to 3 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably with podcast or talk show formats Strong skills in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve Basic knowledge of audio tools such as Adobe Audition, Audacity or similar Good understanding of framing, pacing, storytelling and social media friendly edits Experience adding subtitles, captions and simple motion graphics Understanding of formats and aspect ratios for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines Strong attention to detail and a sense of timing and rhythm Basic understanding of YouTube and social media content trends is an added advantage Good communication skills and ability to work with a creative team in office
