who can shape raw visuals and audio into emotionally engaging content that connects deeply with our audience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Video Editing:
Editing lifestyle, travel, BTS, and storytelling vlogs for YouTube
Crafting smooth pacing, cinematic transitions, and strong visual narratives
Syncing visuals with music, effects, and sound design for emotional impact
Color grading and applying LUTs for consistent, aesthetic tone
Creating basic motion graphics and transitions using After Effects
Repurposing long-form videos into short-form Reels & Shorts
Collaborating with our creative team to bring ideas to life and experiment with new styles
Podcast Editing:
Editing and polishing podcast episodes for clean, professional flow
Removing background noise, filler words, and awkward pauses
Mixing and mastering audio for crisp, studio-quality sound
Adding intros, outros, transitions, and subtle sound design
Collaborating with hosts to shape tone and narrative pacing
You Should Be:
Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic audio editing (Audition or similar)
Strong in storytelling -- both visually and through sound
Knowledgeable in color grading, sound design, and pacing
Aware of YouTube, Reels, and podcast content trends
Organized, fast, and open to feedback and creative exploration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
