Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos from long podcast episodes
Create high-retention
Instagram Reels
and
YouTube Shorts
Add professional subtitles, captions, emojis, transitions, and effects
Ensure brand consistency in style, fonts, colors, and formatting
Collaborate with content and production teams
Deliver high-quality edits within tight timelines
Manage multiple short-video edits daily
Required Skills & Tools
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut (PC or Mobile)
Strong understanding of short-form content trends
Experience with subtitle styling and text animations
Good storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in podcast or social media video editing
Understanding of
Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts algorithms
