Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Podcast Video Editor who can edit long-form podcast episodes, short clips, and social media content with high quality and attention to detail. The editor must understand storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound balancing.

Key Responsibilities

Create short clips/highlights for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Reels. Add captions, subtitles, graphics, and motion elements as needed. Perform color grading and audio enhancement to maintain content quality. Sync multi-camera footage and audio recordings. Work closely with the content and production team to meet daily/weekly deadlines. Maintain the overall brand style, tone, and aesthetics in all videos. Backup and organize files systematically.
Required Skills & Experience

Up to 2 years of experience in video editing (podcast editing preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of sound mixing, noise reduction, and audio balancing. Ability to create engaging short-form content for social media. Good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling. Ability to work under deadlines and deliver consistent results.
