Job Title: Podcast Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Podcast Manager who can take full ownership of our podcast from planning and production to publishing and promotion. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, thrives on organization, and can manage multiple moving parts to deliver quality episodes on time.

Key Responsibilities

? Plan, coordinate, and manage the entire podcast workflow including episode planning, scheduling, recording, and release timelines.

? Collaborate with the host, editors, and designers to ensure each episode is produced and published smoothly.

? Contribute to content ideation help shape episode topics, tone, and storytelling style.

? Review and finalize show notes, episode titles, and descriptions for clarity and impact.

? Manage uploads and publishing across major platforms: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.

? Create short clips or coordinate with the team to promote episodes on social media.

? Monitor analytics and suggest data-driven ways to improve audience reach and engagement.

? Handle guest communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Requirements

? Strong communication and coordination skills.

? Basic understanding of audio production processes (you don't need to edit, but should understand the workflow).

? A creative eye for storytelling and what makes content engaging.

? Comfortable using tools such as Notion, Descript, Trello, or similar workflow management tools.

? Highly organized, proactive, and reliable with deadlines.

Bonus Points

Experience producing or managing podcasts, YouTube shows, or other audio-visual content.

Familiarity with audio editing tools or social media marketing.

Pay: ?480,000.00 - ?540,000.00 per year
