Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Podcast Manager - Creative Scripting & AI Prompting will be responsible for transforming complex financial subjects into engaging, story-led podcast scripts while driving operational excellence at scale. The role blends creativity, narrative design, and AI-enabled production to deliver high-quality podcasts that align with Bajaj's business objectives. The manager will leverage prompt engineering and AI tools to accelerate output, ensure calendarized production, and work closely with stakeholders to optimize placement across owned assets for maximum listenership and engagement. Success in this role requires a strong grasp of podcast trends, hands-on expertise in audio-first scriptwriting, and an analytical mindset to track and improve performance metrics like listenership, completion, and conversion assists.What You'll Do :Podcast ecosystem expertise :- Deep understanding of the podcast space, updated with trends, categories, and emerging formats.- Bring insights from global and Indian markets to enrich Bajaj Finserv's portfolio. AI tools & scale- Knowledge of AI production tools like Wondercraft, Heygen, NotebookLM, ElevenLabs.- Should be able to manage scale via AI-assisted production.- Must be good/excellent at writing prompts for scale and workflow efficiency.Narrative & Script Design :- Craft podcast scripts that simplify complex subjects and make them resonate with everyday listeners.- Repurpose existing assets like articles, blogs, guides etc. into audio-first narratives.- Apply prompting expertise to accelerate script ideation, first drafts, and variations at scale.- Maintain a library of reusable templates and story frameworks for efficiency.Operational Excellence : - Work with the Podcast Head and creative teams to deliver high-volume, high-quality scripts.- Build workflows that balance speed with depth, ensuring scale without dilution.- Possess excellent operational excellence-ability to calendarize creation, editing, reviews, compliance, and publishing at scale.- Strong project and stakeholder management: work with product, compliance, legal, and marketing to align episode content and placement.Optimisation & Impact:Partner with CRO teams to determine optimal podcast placements across Bajaj's owned assets.Monitor leading metrics (starts, completion rates, drop-offs) and connect them to user growth.Recommend placement and content tweaks for maximum engagement and retention.Ideal CandidateStorytelling first : Ability to script engaging narratives from even dry, technical topics.Prompting fluency : Experience using AI/GenAI tools to enhance creative and operational efficiency.Operational sharpness : Comfortable working at large-scale volume with multiple stakeholders.CRO & Metrics mindset : Understanding of how content surfaces impact conversion and MAU growth.Strong collaboration skills with content, design, tech, and product teams.Perks, Benefits and Work CultureOur people define our passion and our audacious, incredibly rewarding achievements.
