Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Community Engagement Podcast Intern to support our content and community-building efforts. You will play a vital role in expanding SERP Forge's reach by engaging with industry experts, conducting insightful podcast interviews, and fostering thought leadership in the SaaS and marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify industry experts, thought leaders, and influencers for podcasts. Reach out, engage, and schedule podcast interviews with guests. Prepare interview questions, scripts, and background research. Host and conduct podcast interviews (audio/video). Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute and promote episodes. Engage with podcast listeners, guests, and the broader community to build relationships. Track guest communication and manage outreach databases. Suggest new ideas to grow podcast reach and community engagement.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Interest in podcasts, interviewing, and the digital marketing/SEO/SaaS ecosystem. Confidence in public speaking and leading conversations. Basic familiarity with podcast tools (Zoom, Riverside, Anchor, etc.). Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media for outreach and promotion. Self-motivated, organized, and proactive. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Basic audio/video editing skills. Canva or similar tools for promotional graphics. CRM/Notion/Sheets for tracking outreach and scheduling.
