Key Responsibilities
Hosting & Recording
Host podcast episodes with confidence, clarity, and engaging energy.
Conduct interviews with guests professionally and maintain conversational flow.
Introduce topics, deliver stories, and add value through insights and commentary.
Record clean, high-quality audio (with team support if needed).
Content Creation
Collaborate on episode ideas, scripts, formats, and storytelling.
Research topics and prepare relevant questions for guests.
Help shape the tone, direction, and narrative style of the podcast.
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing/content team.
Production Support
Work closely with the video/editorial team during post-production.
Provide feedback and approve final edits before publishing.
Ensure episodes meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
