Job Description

As a Podcast Host, you will be the lead personality and creative force behind our new audio ventures. You'll conduct interviews, script episodes, collaborate with our content and marketing teams, and bring stories to life with charisma, clarity, and confidence. Your role is to inform, entertain, and inspire our listeners while helping build brand credibility and thought leadership through audio.

Key Responsibilities:

Host engaging podcast episodes

that align with the agency's brand voice and strategy.

Research and script content

, create show outlines, and collaborate with writers and producers for episode flow.

Conduct interviews

with clients, influencers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams

to ensure episodes reflect brand positioning and marketing goals.

Promote episodes

across social media, occasionally appearing in video content or reels. Stay updated on podcast trends, audience engagement strategies, and audio innovations.

Work with audio editors and production team

to ensure high production quality. Take feedback from internal teams and audience insights to evolve the show and grow the listener base.
