Role & Responsibilities:

Lead & manage the Podcast Unit (team of 4: 1 lead + 3 members). Develop strategy & positioning for podcasts (finance, food, lifestyle, AI-driven topics). AI-driven ideation: leverage generative AI for scripting, voiceovers, content, and promotion. Oversee promotions, partnerships, and brand-building through digital platforms. Act as face/voice of podcasts when required - strong personal branding appeal. Repurpose podcast content for LinkedIn/Instagram to build audience traction. Ensure high-quality production and continuous process excellence.
Ideal Candidate

Proven experience (5+ years) in content/podcast/media strategy. Strong knowledge of AI tools (content generation, voiceover, video editing, analytics). Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Aesthetic presence (since may be used as AI face for branding/voiceovers). Demonstrated success in handling influencer/celebrity collaborations. Strong leadership & team management abilities. CIBIL score of 750+ required.
