In this role you'll make an impact by
:
Supporting in activities across the employee life cycle for our plant sites
Following company procedures in accordance with HR best practices and handling confidential information.
Working alongside P&O partners & Consultants to ensure a positive employee experience for all employees in plants
Driving key projects and automations by working closely with the teams to ensure effective and efficient work environment within Novonesis.
Showcasing Responsibility to track and monitor key people data metrics by use of analytics & dashboards.
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and data quality, documentation to ensure compliance with relevant legal and NN policy requirements.
Providing ideas and participate in initiatives to harmonize, globalize and digitalize all people processes.
Ensuring Statutory compliance, audit, documentation
To succeed you must hold:
2-4 years of experience HR support/payroll/operations
Experience in monthly reporting, dashboards/MIS
Bachelor's Degree in HR/Analytics or proficiency in tools for dashboarding/ anayltics
Delivering HR services with a high degree of customer orientation and an exemplary and proactive can-do attitude.
Ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Must be able to embrace a sense of urgency, innovation and resourcefulness.
Demonstrated expertise in using Workday or similar HRIS tools.
