  • Should be conversant with PO/TPM.
  • Should have good understanding of Kaizens/5S/JH/PM/FI pillars.
  • Should be able to lead the team of associates for shop floor implementation.
  • Should be able to train the hourly & salaried associates on PO pillar steps.
  • Should be able to conduct the qualification audits.
  • Should be able to develop & demonstrate the standards to shop floor associates.
  • Should be able to lead & facilitate the pillar steering meetings.
  • Should be able to prepare & communicate the reports to the team.
  • Should be able to coordinate with the region on best practices replication opportunities.
