Educational Qualification - Degree/B.Tech/MBA

Experience- Fresher or 2- 3 years of experience

Linguistic Ability (if any)- English/Hindi

Shift Timing (if any)- 9 AM - 6 PM

? School calling/RT processing/Notice dispatching/Sales calling/Conducting con calls

? Communication skills

? Returns Adjustment, Orders Processing, Maths and Excel Knowledge, customer relationship management

? Attitude Towards Problem Solving

? Quick learner with optimism and enthusiasm.

? Time Management

? Well-versed in Google Sheets and email etiquette

? Work hours are flexible between 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

? Should be capable of working under pressure during peak season
