Welcome to Novonesis MEIA P&O team, where we create impact by enabling a thriving work environment through a capable leadership. As trusted advisors to our leaders, P&O partners engage in dialogues to enable a better world with biology anchored in our culture and people strategy.
In this role you'll make an impact by:
Being the trusted partner to SVP PHB MEIA and his leadership team in relation to P&O Matters.
Partnering with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent aligned with business
Supporting organizational change and cultural transformations by partnering with leaders to align structures, processes, and culture with business goals anchored in culture of Novonesis.
Represent P&O by challenging assumptions, providing guidance and coaching on P&O related matters , incl. core people processes and ensuring global people concepts are successfully applied
To succeed you must hold:
Ability to collaborate by bringing in strategic, empathetic, customer centric and courageous mindset
Ability to communicate and drive changes in ambiguous and high growth business reality
Analytical skills leveraging HR data, metrics and insights to make informed decisions
Strong ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders across various levels in the organization
Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role with a track record of delivering strategic HR partnership.
Masters in HR/Business administration or related areas.
