12+ Years of Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the field of software development/lifecycle


10+ Years of Recent Job Family Specific Experience: Experience in roles such as Scrum Master or Agility Lead(not Project Manager or Business Analyst).


6+ Years of Recent Experience in Cards/Banking/Financial Vertical


Tooling Experience (Proficiency):


MS Office Suite/365: Proficient


Jira: Proficient to Advanced


Jira Align: Intermediate to Proficient


MS Tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.): Proficient


Experience Supporting 3-4 Scrum Teams: Not just 1 or 2 teams


Experience with Agile Coaching


Java knowledge, Selenium
