Key Responsibilities
A Nutra PMT's duties are often a blend of marketing, strategy, and cross-functional coordination. They typically include:
Product Strategy & Planning:
Assisting in the development of strategic product plans, roadmaps, and business cases for new and existing nutraceutical products.
Analyzing market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities or enhancements.
Product Launch & Lifecycle Management:
Supporting the planning and execution of product launches, including defining positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Coordinating with R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and compliant product development and availability.
Monitoring product performance (sales, profitability, customer feedback) and suggesting action plans for improvement or retirement.
Marketing & Sales Support:
Developing product messaging, communication materials, and sales collateral (e.g., visual aids, brochures, training materials) to support sales and marketing teams.
Conducting training for sales teams on product features, benefits, and scientific substantiation.
Collaborating with marketing on digital and omnichannel campaigns.
Research & Documentation:
Gathering and analyzing data (e.g., customer insights, sales data, market research) to make data-driven product decisions.
Ensuring product claims and information are scientifically accurate and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation and specifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Experience:
Exp. in Product Mgmt., marketing in the nutra or pharma: 3 years (Required)
