The Product Executive will be responsible for end-to-end brand management, product marketing, and portfolio growth of nutraceutical formulations. The role involves strategic planning, product launches, field support, and coordination with cross-functional teams to drive brand performance and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage branding, positioning, and marketing strategies for assigned products.
Plan and execute product and brand launches, including line extensions.
Develop promotional materials such as brochures, visual aids, leaflets, and product literature.
Conduct product presentations and training for medical, paramedical professionals, and field staff.
Support the sales team with technical knowledge, product training, and clinical data.
Coordinate with regulatory, logistics, production, and creative agencies to ensure timely deliverables.
Conduct market research to identify therapy gaps, new product opportunities, and competitor insights.
Monitor brand performance, market share growth, promotional budgets, and inventory levels.
Travel across India and abroad as required; work in the field for at least 8 days per month.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Achieve brand sales targets and profitability.
Execute annual brand plans and promotional strategies within budget.
Ensure timely and effective rollout of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Experience Required:
2-3 years of experience in Nutraceuticals or Pharma product management.
