Key Responsibilities:
Develop a short term &long-term plan for building key brands in markets of operation
Work on tactical plans & campaigns to drive sales based on monthly, quarterly & annual objective
Hand hold execution, induct, demonstrate, train & monitor team for execution excellence of designed campaigns & implementation by field force
Be the point of contact between Office & Markets for Portfolio, New Products & the long-term strategy plan
Be the custodian of brand plans for MDC & Global brand performance review sheets.
Sourcing of Trade promo materials, drive Customer relationship management initiatives within the assigned Marketing Budget.
Manage the spending & saving based on the performance of the brand to influence profitability.
Work on launch plan for the assigned products as per budget.
Be the custodian of Sales force effectiveness by training, implementing & tracking the field force automation tool.
Be on field with team for at least 2-3 weeks ,9 months in a year to handle key accounts, manage KBL relationship, Monitor the return on investment.
Champion the market research periodically to identify the portfolio expansion, competitive scenario & Strat plan.
Work hand in hand with Country heads & collectively work towards company defined objectives unconditionally.
Track all the business development activities in the market , update periodically through monthly performance review meetings.

Requisites:
Life sciences graduation with a post-graduation in management.
Experience & exposure to pharma landscape in francophone African countries.
At least a 7-10 years' experience in the current domain
Incumbent should be willing to relocate after the initial period at corporate on or before 9 months
* During the 9 months person should be willing travel on to the market at least for 2-3 weeks.
