Key Responsibilities
Assist Product Managers in
developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
.
Support in
market research, competitor analysis, and data collection
to generate actionable insights.
Coordinate with
sales teams and cross-functional departments
to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Help in the preparation of
promotional materials, visual aids, product brochures, and digital content
.
Maintain product databases, sales trackers, and monthly performance reports.
Provide administrative and logistical support for
training programs, conferences, CME activities, and product launches
.
Monitor industry trends and gather feedback from the field to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's / Master's degree in
Pharmacy, or related pharma background
(mandatory).
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in pharma sales/marketing.
Strong interest in
pharma marketing and brand management
.
Excellent
communication, analytical, and coordination skills
.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a
team-oriented and deadline-driven environment
.
