Job Purpose:
Lead comprehensive project supervision and management across multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Facilitate seamless operations through effective resource allocation, documentation management, and compliance with industry regulations. Provide strategic insights and executive-level reporting to optimize project performance and achieve overall goals.
Responsibilities:
PMO Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, tools, and templates.
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics (cost, schedule, risk, quality).
  • Drive project reviews, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
  • Ensure alignment of project execution with strategic goals and compliance standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination across engineering, finance, procurement, and operations.
Strategy Responsibilities:
  • Support leadership in strategic planning, business case development, and investment analysis.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead strategic initiatives including M&A assessments, JV evaluations, and new business models.
  • Prepare executive presentations, board decks, and strategic reports.
  • Track KPIs and strategic roadmap progress across business units.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 5 Years of Experience in PMO, strategy, or consulting roles, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or capital projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Experience with tools like MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills..
