We are currently seeking a PMO - Telecom Domain to join our team in bangalore, Karn?taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Job Title - PMO - Telecom Domain
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PMO (Project Management Office) professional with a strong background in the Telecom sector. The role will be responsible for ensuring governance, reporting, and delivery support across multiple projects and programmes, driving consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project governance frameworks for telecom programmes and initiatives.
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain programme dashboards, reports, and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment with organisational standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor budgets, resource utilisation, and financial tracking across telecom projects.
• Identify risks and dependencies and support mitigation planning.
• Drive continuous improvement within the PMO function, enhancing delivery methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a PMO role, ideally within Telecom/Telecommunication projects.
• Strong understanding of telecom operations, networks, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Expertise in using PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
