About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced PMO (Project Management Office) professional with a strong background in the Telecom sector.
• The role will be responsible for ensuring governance, reporting, and delivery support across multiple projects and programmes, driving consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business strategy.

Essential Job Functions:

• Establish and manage project governance frameworks for telecom programmes and initiatives.
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain programme dashboards, reports, and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment with organisational standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor budgets, resource utilisation, and financial tracking across telecom projects.
• Identify risks and dependencies and support mitigation planning.
• Drive continuous improvement within the PMO function, enhancing delivery methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Exp: 5+ years (Relevant)
• Shift Timings: Normal Shift

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a PMO role, ideally within Telecom/Telecommunication projects.
• Strong understanding of telecom operations, networks, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Expertise in using PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
