Job brief:

We are looking for a PMO Executive/Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to support the successful delivery of strategic and operational projects. You will be responsible for project governance, reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals and are executed with precision.

Job Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain PMO governance standards, templates, and processes. Track project performance across timelines, scope, and budgets. Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and performance reports. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly PMO reports for leadership. Consolidate data across projects for portfolio-level insights. Maintain documentation including minutes, risk registers, and change logs. Identify and track risks, issues, and mitigation plans. Support escalation management and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Assist in resource planning and utilization tracking. Monitor project budgets and forecasts with finance and delivery teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate governance meetings. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation and tool optimization. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with PMO standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in PMO support or project coordination. Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools for reporting. Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven mindset. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMO (preferred but not mandatory).
