What success looks like in this role:

Manages the efforts of assigned Delivery Management associates / team members. Ensures team members follow established procedures and deliver exceptional client service across all aspects of delivery management, including:
o Developing and updating / adapting delivery related project plans, timelines and schedules,


o Coordinating day-to-day project tasks,


o Monitoring project progress and updating status reports,


o Participating in client meetings, helping manage expectations and helping address emerging questions / issues,


o Working with internal product, technical and other teams to ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and accurate fashion,


o Providing accurate client status reports,


o Representing clients to internal teams and service organizations.


Engages with clients to exchange information, gather requirements and expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Serves as a key point of contact for process related questions or issues.
o Monitors team performance and outcomes, addressing and resolving competency and related issues. o Works with any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors to ensure the implementation of deliverables.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience


0-2 years' leadership experience
