Job Summary

The PMO Lead is responsible for establishing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves implementing project governance frameworks, standardizing methodologies, and driving continuous improvement in project execution. The PMO Lead will work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and efficiency in project delivery.



You will primarily report to the APAC Real Estate (RE) Head. Initially, you are expected to collaborate closely with the Real Estate Strategy Team to understand the RE strategy and objectives.

While your reporting line remains with the APAC RE Head, your time share will be approximately 60:40 between strategic collaboration and operational support.



Following this initial phase, you will support the APAC RE Head in coordinating various projects and programs, engaging with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams across the region.



Key Responsibilities

PMO Establishment and Governance

Set up and maintain the PMO structure, defining roles, responsibilities, and processes.

Develop and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and templates.

Implement project management methodologies and performance metrics.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.

Project Portfolio Management

Manage the overall project portfolio, including prioritization and resource allocation.

Review project proposals, business cases, and resource needs with stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; recommend mitigation strategies.

Evaluate project performance and suggest corrective actions where needed.

Process Improvement

Continuously refine project management processes and tools for better efficiency.

Design and deliver training programs to enhance project management capabilities.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices into the PMO.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

Provide regular updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration across project teams.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committees for alignment and decision-making.

Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in leading a PMO or large-scale project management function.

Strong understanding of project governance, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
