Job Description

This role is for a technology professional with experience in successfully executing program governance functions in large financial services firms with global teams of senior technology managers and global technology resources spread across all regions. This role interfaces with AML Technology program managers, project managers, technology finance managers, senior organization leaders and customers to facilitate SQM Controls, Spot Checks, Process Quality Assurance & PTS Standards follow-up. Along with the role would also cater to Risk Appetite Management, Time Booking, EERS and Training follow-ups and Monthly accomplishment publishing. This role is also responsible for managing a team of technology risk and controls management professionals to provide oversight and resolution for all technology risks and controls issue for the organization and provide timely reporting and escalation. Preferred Work Experience: 7+ years of overall experience in handling program governance Responsible for the Compliance Assurance Quarterly trigger submission process, the bi-weekly CTS process to secure Employee, T&M, and FPC resources for AML Monitoring. Manage burn rate review, functional transfers, Green dollar headcount and CTS business office reporting requests. Risk and Controls: RAG, CAPs, Red/Amber DCRMs, CAMP reporting, EERS, GEM reporting, program deviation request and PQA reporting. Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data. Work together with global counterpart to ensure required project documentation is in place Managing the communication and expectation of the senior business and stakeholders Flexible and able to manage time effectively Ability to learn new skills quickly with little supervision and ensuring the detail is of high priority Development Values: Opportunities for career growth within Global AML program Exposure to AML monitoring processes and overall functional knowledge.
