? Project Manager - Portfolio Management | 5+ Years | Delhi NCR
Location: Delhi NCR | Experience: 5+ years
? Key Responsibilities

• Act as Secretariat for Delivery/Steering Committee meetings.
• Provide embedded portfolio/PMO delivery support.
• Define and implement portfolio frameworks, standards, and templates.
• Maintain delivery knowledge management portals.
• Support financial & resource planning, annual planning, and demand management.
• Monitor risks/issues, support escalation & resolution.
• Champion governance and Agile portfolio management practices.
• Enable data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.

? Skills & Experience

• Strong background in Portfolio Management / PMO / Change & Transformation.
• Proven experience as a PMO or Portfolio Lead (8+ years).
• Hands-on with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent communication, facilitation & stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications like MoP, SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (advantageous).
• Knowledge of P&C insurance and financial risk domains preferred.
• Experience with tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Office Suite).

? Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's in CS/Business/related field (Master's preferred).
• Few actuarial papers (IAI, IFOA, CAS) preferred.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
